Office Visits

If this will be your first visit to our office, you may use the Records Request Form to have your old records forwarded to us prior to your visit. Expect a comprehensive first exam to take 1 to 2 hours. Usually, dilating drops are used so that the back of the eye can be examined, an important part of a complete eye exam. These drops can blur your near vision, making it more difficult to read for a few hours. Distance vision is generally only minimally affected, and patients may drive with caution after dilation, but may wish to bring a driver if they are not comfortable driving themselves.

You may choose to complete the New Patient Form before your visit, or you can do this in the office. Our Patient Privacy Policy is also available for you to review.
