Directions via Route 41

From the North - Take Route 41 to Lake Cook, turn right (West) and immediately (100 yards) turn left (South) on Skokie Blvd. Cross Dundee ( approximately 1 mile). Our office is at 900 Skokie Blvd just past Ferraro's Garden Center on the right (West) side of the street. (Building is named Ridgebrook Office Center) There is ample parking in the rear, just follow the signs to the handicapped accessible entrance. Enter through the double glass doors and our office is the first office on the left -- Suite 150.

From the South - Take the Edens (I-94) at the Dundee West Exit, go approximately 1/8th mile and turn left (South) on Skokie Blvd. Our office is at 900 Skokie Blvd., on the right, after the Starbuck's Coffee Shop. There is ample parking in the back, and the back entrance is the closest to our suite (Suite #150).

Directions via Other Streets

From the South - Willow or Tower to Frontage, then North on Frontage, which becomes Skokie Blvd. We are just South of Dundee Rd., on the left (West) side of the street. There is ample parking in the back, and the back entrance is the closest to our suite (Suite #150).

From the North - Dundee Rd. to Skokie Blvd., then South on Skokie Blvd. approximately 1/8th mile to 900 Skokie Blvd., on the right (West) side of the street. There is ample parking in the back and the back entrance is the closest to out suite.

Free and Discounted Transportation


  • The North Shore Senior Center, an outstanding resource, offers free transportation for seniors to and from doctor appointments (wide area) through their volunteer program. Patients need to sign up for the program by calling 847.784.6052. After registering, one week of advance notice is needed to arrange transportation. There are no income restrictions.

  • The Village of Northbrook offers its senior residents (55 and older) 15 coupons per month, each good for $5 off a taxi ride to doctor appointments. Proof of Northbrook residency is required, but there are no income restrictions. Call 847.2725050 for more information.

  • The Northfield Township offers its senior residents (65 and older) $5 coupons for taxi rides to doctor appointments. Income restrictions of less than $25,000 annually for singles or less than $35,000 annually for couples apply. Contact 847.724.8300 for more information.
